“Having worked with Mat previously in an agency capacity, I am thrilled to come on board internally to drive forward a more comprehensive approach for these unique travel brands,” said Jess.

There’s plenty happening at McLachlan Travel Group, and Jess will be working closely with General Manager of Touring, Matt Masson, and MTG Director, Mat McLachlan, to continue to build the brands.

“And excitingly, Mat McLachlan’s weekly Living History podcast is fast becoming Australia’s top history podcast, featuring tours of historic sites, panel discussions, interviews with leading historians, veterans, curators, and even astronauts. These are the types of stories we will be building,” said Jess.

Key initiatives Jess intends to implement include an ongoing famil program, securing regular media commentator opportunities for Mat McLachlan, and establishing relationships with new likeminded partners.
