MEATS Brings a Carnivorous New Brunch to Town

Meat lovers can rejoice, after much demand MEATS has now launched their new brunch menu. Bold, juicy flavours and experimental twists on traditional favourites make for a satisfying start to the weekend. The casual meat bar serves exciting new dishes as well as much-loved signatures that can be enjoyed as part of a set or ordered A La Carte. MEATS is the perfect new weekend brunch spot to relax with friends and tuck into generous portions of meaty goodness.

Diners can order off the brunch A La Carte menu or opt for the Set Brunch menu which comes with two starters, one main, one side, one dessert and either beer or a glass of wine (HKD290 per person). Starters and sides feature signatures of Chicken Liver Pate served with PX vinegar balls and cocoa nibs, Slightly Spicy Fried Rice made with the meat of the day and topped with homemade Sriracha mayo and a fried egg as well as a fresh House Salad. Exclusive to the mains on the brunch menu is the soulful Chicken Waffle topped with hot Tabasco honey, smashed avocado and spring onions which diners can tuck into for an additional HKD20.

Those wanting to try a bite of everything can order from the brunch A La Carte menu featuring new dishes crafted by Executive Chef Paddy McDermott. A twist on a more traditional breakfast is The Works (HKD160) served with crispy smoked pork belly, jalapeño sausage, a slow cooked egg, ugly potatoes and homemade béarnaise sauce. For a refreshing twist, diners can tuck into the Burrata and Peaches on Toast (HKD135) featuring grilled peaches served on sourdough topped with honey, basil and crunchy granola. Other new additions include the comforting Pastrami Sandwich (HKD120) made with Pimento cheese, crispy red cabbage and pickles and Pork Head (HKD150) served on warm toasted sourdough bread, caper butter and a fried duck egg.

For those who prefer a sweet start to the day, look no further than the loaded Bananas and Waffles (HKD120) served with popcorn, peanut butter, ice-cream and chocolate caramel sauce.

Last but not least, the Kids Brunch Menu (HKD78) is perfect to keep little ones occupied with a combo of juice, a main and dessert. Mains to select from include Chicken Schnitzel with FriesMac’n’cheese or Mini Burgers with Fries.

MEATS’ brunch is a sure-fire favourite in SoHo, with inside-outside seating and a casual vibe. One of Pirata Group family’s newest members, the restaurant promises good service, good food and good value for money.
