Meet the man that has to have THE “dream” PR job

August 7, 2014 Global Travel Media TV, Headline News No Comments Email Email

I wonder sometimes how some PR and marketing people can get excited and passionate about the products they are promoting, but for this PR person, I reckon most people would say he has THE “dream” PR job.

I also reckon that he would have no issue or challenges whatsoever in being passionate, committed and even very excited about this amazing product he promotes.

So who is this person and what does he promote?

Well, his name is David Ellis, a doyen of the Australian travel industry and he has the envious responsibility of representing and managing PR activities in this part of the world for Sea Dream Yacht Club and their two super Sea Dream yachts, Sea Dream I and Sea Dream II.

In his role, not only does he have the task of promoting these awesome vessels, but he also as the pleasure of travelling on them a few times each year, not only I imagine to check out these outstanding vessels, but also taking journalists and media like me to experience a Sea Dream!

How tough a job is that?

I recently sailed with David on Sea Dream Yacht Club on a stunning Mediterranean and Atlantic voyage on the award winning Sea Dream I and really enjoyed this amazing, small, luxurious vessel and in particular the cuisine, with only 100 passengers and around 100 crew on board I.

To hear what David Ellis had to tell me about Sea Dream I and THE “dream” PR job, check out the video box below: –
