Melbourne is counting down to welcome a new international hotel at the end of March, with Four Points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands set to bring the smart styling and uncomplicated comfort of the Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott International brto the Docklands.
The 273 four star hotel forms part of the new Marina Tower development and is the first international hotel in the busy Docklands area, offering the largest inventory of guest rooms and meeting space in the precinct.
Designed by Melbourne-based DKO Architecture, the contemporary aesthetic fuses a dark charcoal and aquamarine palette with blonde timber, bleached grey-wood panelling, abundant marble and glass, fresh greenery and deeper notes of black and bronze. The sparkling centrepiece is a 7th floor Sky Lounge complete with 25-metre heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and vast pool deck with impressive city views, as well as a sleek and welcoming lobby and lounge bar that’s set to serve Four Points Best Brews program of local beers, boutique ciders and brews. 500sqm of function space catering for up to 200 guests complete the offer.
