Booking.com, the world’s leading online accommodation booking site, has awarded Metro Hotel on Pitt a 2015 Award of Excellence in recognition of the property consistently delivering the best possible experience to its guests.
The Award is a symbol of excellence as a best guest experience provider among some 800,000 properties on Booking.com. Booking.com features more than 42 million guest reviews on its website and mobile apps.
The annual Award honours accommodation partners for their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score with Booking.com. To have received an award the accommodation must have an average review score of eight or higher, based on at least 10 guest reviews by 31 December 2015.
Metro Hotel on Pitt’s Property Manager, Simon Wanstall, said he and his team were thrilled to receive this accolade.
“We receive the majority of our online feedback from booking.com guests, so it is an honour to have this genuine review site awarding us for all our hard work,” Simon said.
“We constantly strive to deliver the best possible experience for our guests. This Award is recognition of our success in demonstrating our commitment to our guests and exceeding their expectations.”
Metro Hotel on Pitt recently completed a major refurbishment of the hotel, including all 119 guest rooms and public areas.
