Expedia scores a hat-trick as Best On-line Travel Agent at Annual TTG Awards 2012
Expedia®, the world’s leading online travel company, has earned the title of ‘Best On-line Travel Agent’ for the third year running at the 23rd Annual TTG Awards 2012.
This prestigious trade award, presented by TTG Publishing, honours top achievers in Asia Pacific based on voting by industry professionals such as hoteliers, airline staff, national tourism organisations, travel industry operators, as well as readers of TTG Asia, TTG China, TTGmice and TTG-BTmice.
The event was attended by a total of 700 members of the Asia-Pacific travel trade and generated a total of 60,000 valid votes from June to August for its voted titles, as compared to 49,000 votes last year.
The title was awarded to Expedia based on professionalism and excellence in staff, best value-added services to consumers and best use of technology in improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
