Original Bootcamp Launches in Hong Kong
An innovative fitness regime sought-after across South East Asia – Original Bootcamp – is introduced to Hong Kong with free trial sessions during 13 – 18Feb for locals to experience this extraordinary exercise regime.
Founded by Selva Kumar in Malaysia in 2009, Original Bootcamp combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and military-inspired elements, as well as scientific principles of strength and conditioning to help participants improve body functions through professionally designed fitness programs and sustained yet encouraging training. With an emphasis on team camaraderie, discipline and motivation, not only has Original Bootcamp appealed to individual participants, it has also been a popular option for corporate training on team spirit and discipline. Over 10,000 people have experienced this fitness regime since its establishment.
Selva Kumar, Founder of Original Bootcamp indicated, “Original Bootcamp offers four-week courses which consist of a one-hour training in the morning three times a week. Apart from training fitness and endurance, the team training module can help improve self-discipline and mental concentration. Through encouragement, the coaches boost participants’ self-esteem and sense of responsibility. A lot of medical research has shown the benefits of persistent outdoor exercise in cardiorespiratory functions and concentration. Many participants developed the habit of exercising regularly after joining our programs and reported significant improvements in fitness. Corporate management personnel also noticed better self-discipline and team cooperation, as well as enhanced morale and staff performance after our training.”
