Sheraton on the Park, Sydney’s luxurious five star hotel overlooking Hyde Park, has launched Mixology MasterClasses that teach guests how to shake, stir, strain and muddle like a pro to perfect the art of mixing their favourite cocktails.

Ideal as a team-building or incentive activity for corporate groups, the fun and interactive one-hour cocktail-making classes are led by the hotel’s talented mixologists. Corporate guests have the opportunity to master three cocktail recipes step-by-step and learn about the history and trends of cocktail-making.

Groups can choose from a selection of Sheraton on the Park’s signature cocktails, classic concoctions or their own favourite mixes. The session ends with delicious canapés, and participants each receive copies of the cocktail recipes they have mastered so that they can put their new skills to the test at home.

“As one of the largest conference hotels in Sydney, Sheraton on the Park offers an abundance of versatile spaces for meetings and events.  We also have outstanding mixologists who are very passionate about their craft. With the new Mixology MasterClasses we wanted to offer corporate groups the opportunity to bring some fun and excitement to their functions,” said Daniella Tonetto, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing – Pacific, Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
