SINGAPORE- based KOP Properties is nearing completion of its transformation of Semara Resort & Spa at Seminyak in Bali which will re-open before Christmas as Montigo Resort.
It will be KOP’s second resort property in Indonesia and will be promoted and marketed in Australia and New Zealand by North Sydney-based Randall Marketing.
Like KOP’s Montigo Resorts Nongsa on the Indonesian island of Batam, just off Singapore, the refurbished resort at Seminyak will encompass Montigo’s unique concept of five-star hospitality at an affordable price point.
KOP managing director, Mr Dilip Singh said, “Seminyak‘s competitive pricing structure will be a huge draw.”
“The resort’s 108 rooms and suites will be totally refurbished and include a specially designed spa accommodation sanctuary of eight suites featuring a three-part water-based ritual of Balinese bath, an aquatonic pool and a Japanese roton buro”.
He said the resort would cater for multi-generational travellers with facilities tailored to all age groups and interests.
The Montigo resort is a 10,000 square metre property just 150 metres from the Seminyak Beach and a short walk from a precinct of up-scale restaurants, beach clubs and fashionable boutiques.
