Iron Chef Chumpol has specially created a surprisingly different and enlightening menu of 10 irresistible dishes which he envisions as the Goodness of Hua Hin, the Freshness of Prachup Khiri Khan and the Sublimity of Thailand”, a tantalizing culmination of Thai-International fusion recipes. Each of these marvelous fusion dishes emphasizes and contrasts the varying lightness and heaviness of Thai and international foods. A fascinating example is utilizing Thai “Gaeng Som”, the spicy-sour curry paste, as a pizza topping with fresh sea food, creating the signature Spicy and Sour Seafood Curry Flavoured Pizza.
Another interesting dish is the use of Thailand’s famous “Tom Yam” herbs mixed with fresh prawns and stuffed in a croquette for Spicy Croquette with Tom Yum Gung Filling. Also included are Seared Salmon served with Thai style Seafood Chili & Herbal Sauce or a weight control menu of seabass fillet served with unmilled dark violet riceberry rice for the Pan-fried seabass with Tomato Herb Crust and Saffron Sauce and Riceberry Rice as well as Sea Prawn and Korat Wagyu Beef Steak – Thailand’s best Wagyu beef. Other tempting dishes include unbelievably tender Kurobuta with Homemade Pineapple Sauce, the original Thai taste with Prawn/Beef Green Curry with Bird’s Eye Chili served with Indian Roti, Pranburi Fish and Chips, Spaghetti alle Vongole and fresh filleted fish for Fillet of Beef with Marble Sauce.

To ensure a spectacular atmosphere for dine & drink, the Tree Top Lounge in collaboration with Monin, the leading fruit and herbs syrups producer from France, will offer beverages, both cocktails (alcoholic) and mocktails (non-alcoholic) which have been researched and tasted specifically to ensure compatibility with the flavors of Thai-International fusion style.
Monin, originated in France, uses the finest ingredients to produce premium syrup product with a unique formula made up of a minimum of 50% whole fruits, each one a splendid combination of fruits, flowers, nuts, spices and pure sugar, with no cholesterol or fats which brings to life new possibilities for smoothies, cocktails, mocktails and all fruit-based recipes. Monin has kept their authentic flavors since their operation began in 1912 and they is now in their third generation, continuing to produce a quality and taste that has become firmly established worldwide.
The Tree Top Lounge is located on the second floor of alfresco dining cafeteria “The Grove” (Building B), decorated with wooden furniture and the natural roof top material. Surrounded by a tropical garden, with the water park’s splashing views and fun atmosphere surrounding it, creating the complementary experience of Splashtacular Fun! and Spectacular Feast! Tree Top Lounge is unveiled as Hua Hin’s cozy dining destination for everyone and every age with a full course menu and delectable drink list. “The concept of Tree Top Lounge is distinct and different from any other restaurant I have ever seen or worked with,” commented Iron Chef Chumpol. “Located in the front area of Vana Nava Hua Hin water park, which is now a shortlisted tourist destination of Hua Hin, in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. Hua Hin, apart from being the classic beach town, is also well recognized as a destination for delicious food. Freshness of the seafood and signature local agricultural products have enlightened me to create unique savory and sweet dishes. For example, the world-recorded yellow pineapple named “Sam Roi Yod”, recorded as being still fresh with sweet taste and scent when stored in normal temperatures for up to 30 days; the “Cheak Tar” or scarily translated as “Eyes Ripping Pineapple”, a pineapple that doesn’t need to be pealed, just rip each fruitlet and bite (Thais call the fruitlets “eyes”). This pineapple has a sweet-sour taste; and “Durian Pa-La-U”, named after Pa-La-U Hua Hin Waterfall, Thailand’s gem Durian that has a dry texture, not too sweet and not too strong. My 10 dishes for Tree Top Lounge are all from selected raw materials from this locality, in support of local farmers which is the declared policy of Vana Nava Hun Hin, in supporting local agriculture and businesses in the community. This special menu presents a fusion blend between East and West. Tree Top Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of The Grove (Building B) at Vana Nava Hua Hin. Open daily from 10:00 am to 09:00 pm.
