On Saturday, June 13, 2015, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle joins Four Seasons properties around the world in celebrating Global Wellness Day, a day dedicated to living well. From complimentary morning yoga to a healthy breakfast option, Four Seasons is offering simple ways to exercise and bring harmony between the body and spirit:
- Morning Yoga with Penny Brewer, 9:00 am: Held at the outdoor pool terrace on the 4th floor, joinFour Seasons for an energising, 60-minute morning yoga practice to begin the day. The class is for all levels with yoga instructor and acupuncturist Penny Brewer. Space is limited to 30 participants, so reserve a spot by emailing Crystal Southcote at email@example.com.
- Fresh pressed juice station: Available in the lobby from 6:00 am to 9:00 am.
- Poolside mini-foot massages: For overnight Hotel guests, complimentary mini-foot massages are available for a limited time by the pool. Enjoy further relaxation at The Spa at Four Seasons by booking a full body treatment. Call 206 749 7077 to reserve a poolside or in-spa treatment.
- Wellness breakfast: Fresh pressed juice, soft cooked egg with whole wheat toast and parfait (USD 21).
