This summer in honor of one of the United States most celebrated holiday, the Fourth of July holiday, from July 1 – August 31, American company, Morton’s of Chicago, the Steakhouse and Morton’s Steak and Seafood Grille are both offering a Summer 3-course menu for RMB 488 +10% service charge. The menu features a selection of classics such as the 6oz Filet Mignon alongside newer recipes such as the Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon.
Diners have the option of selecting four items, one from each course, to create a filling 3-course meal. The offerings vary slightly from restaurant to restaurant, however both Shanghai locations are offering a selection of Morton’s signature items. The salad course at both locations includes the option of the Tomato & Mozzarella salad, the Chopped Spinach salad, Morton’s signature salad or the always-popular Caesar Salad.
The main course is where Morton’s really shines. With choices like the 6 oz. Filet Mignon, the Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon, the Chicken Christopher and the Shrimp Scampi Capellini, there is something for everyone. With the hearty main course, comes a delicious side item to complement, ranging between locations with choices such as the Garlic Green Beans, the Lyonnaise Potatoes, creamy Mashed potatoes or Creamed Spinach, Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries or Sautéed Button Mushrooms.
Morton’s is famed for their oversized desserts adhering to very strict recipes that ensure each and every dessert is made to perfection. The individual Soufflé, the Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Mousse offer a super sweet finish to the American Summer menu at Morton’s of Chicago, the Steakhouse. Morton’s Steak and Seafood Grille is offering the sweet and tart Key Lime Pie or the Homemade New York Cheesecake for dessert.
