Morton’s Father’s Day Cooking Class returns

This Sunday June 21, 2015 from 3-4:30pm families can celebrate the special day with a Morton’s cooking class, giving father and child the opportunity to bond together over the Father’s Day holiday.http://www.destination-asia.com/ The cooking class is priced at RMB 218+10%. This year there will also be a Father’s Day Set Menu priced at RMB 898 + 10% service charge.

All participants will first learn how to prepare one of Morton’s best-selling dishes: the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with a mustard mayonnaise sauce. Next up, the Morton’s chef team will instruct father and son how to create Morton’s mouth-watering Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake.

Next up, the bar staff will take the helm and show father and son how to shake up a Sake Mojito for Dad and Fly Me to Pudong Mocktailfor the kid. After their preparations, fathers and children can sit down to enjoy the delicious results of their combined efforts.

This year Morton’s Father’s Day Cooking Class is limited to just 20 pairs so that the Chef can personally assist everyone with their culinary masterpieces. Therefore, reservations are highly recommended for the June 21 cooking class.

This year on Father’s day only, dad can indulge in the three-course set menu starting with a choice of Morton’s Baked Five Onion Soup, the Caesar Salad or the Center-Cut Iceberg. Next up, dad can have a choice of one of Morton’s signature entrées: Center- Cut filet Mignon (8oz), the Signature Cut New York Strip (14oz), Center-Cut Ribeye (16oz), Broiled Salmon Fillet or the Chicken Bianco. The entrée comes with the choice of a hearty portion of vegetable or potato side dish to round out the meal the course. No meal is complete without dessert, and for this celebratory meal the choice is either the oversized Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting or Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake. Pair with a tea or coffee and dad will be all smiles on his special day.

Morton’s will also be hosting the usual lunch and dinner service on Sunday 21 June, 2015. All of Morton’s restaurants serve the best available aged grain-fed beef, as well as fresh fish, oysters, lamb chops and chicken entrees, all served in generous portions and accompanied by Morton’s signature friendly service and welcoming atmosphere.
