Morton’s Father’s Day Cooking Class

unnamed (8)On Sunday, June 19, 201 from 11:30-15:00, families can take over both Morton’s in Shanghai for the afternoon with a fun and engaging Morton’s Father’s Day Cooking Class for RMB 218+10%.

All participants can bond over the experience of preparing a delicious Morton’s meal together under the careful guidance of Morton’s top chefs.

First, father and child will learn how to prepare one of Morton’s newest items, the Chopped House Salad, made with fresh iceberg and romaine lettuce, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese, chopped egg, purple onion, tomato, avocado and tossed with dijon vinaigrette.

Next up, the pairs will re-create one of Morton’s best-selling dishes: the mouth-watering Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake in a mini version. This isn’t just any chocolate cake, Morton’s version has a warm gooey chocolate center.

After their preparations, fathers and children can sit down to enjoy the delicious results of their combined efforts along with Morton’s Mini Beef Burgers to round out the meal.

This year Morton’s Father’s Day Cooking Class is limited to just 20 pairs so that the Chef can personally assist everyone with their culinary masterpieces. Therefore, reservations are highly recommended for the June 19 cooking class.

Morton’s will also be hosting the usual lunch and dinner service on Sunday 19 June, 2016. All of Morton’s restaurants serve the best available aged grain-fed beef, as well as fresh fish, oysters, lamb chops and chicken entrees, all served in generous portions and accompanied by Morton’s signature friendly service and welcoming atmosphere.

Children’s Day Activities on June 1

This June 1, 2016 Morton’s will honor International Children’s Day with special activities at both locations from 12:00-14:00 and 18:00-20:00 at the Steak and Seafood Grille in the iapm mall and from 18:00-19:30 at the Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse at the ifc mall. This includes activities such as face-painting, balloon-animals and other family-friendly happenings. To join in the fun, reservations are highly recommended.
