Morton’s Revamps “Power Hour”

Kicking off 2016, premium steakhouse Morton’s Steak and Seafood Grille and Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse located in Shanghai are revamping Power Hour witha contemporary new Bar Menu.

Starting March 23, Morton’s Steak and Seafood Grille’s and Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse’s “Power Hour” welcomes guests with a wide selection of Morton’s new and popular premium bar bites as well as innovative cocktails from Monday to Friday 5-7pm everyday excluding Public Holidays.

Morton’s premium bar bites are available at special prices starting as low as RMB 40++ for Chicken Goujonettes served with a mustard mayonnaise dipping sauce and theIceberg Wedge Bites ideal for a lighter snack. For RMB 68++ guests can enjoy Prime Cheeseburgers, Fresh Cut Potato Chips with blue cheese dipping sauce and new to the menu, theShort Rib Steak Tacos with cilantro, onion, tomato and Chipotle Mayonnaise. For a heartier bar bite at RMB 88++, diners can snack on the popular Four Petit Filet Mignon Sandwichesor the Parmesan Truffle Matchstick Fries. Both Morton’s also provide a selection of Extra Bites for those yearning for a meatier bite to eat at the bar.

The “Power Hour” menu includes a wide selection of cocktails and martinis, at RMB45++ guests can sip on the Morton’s classics: Gin or vodka martini with optional blue cheese olives. Guests can also enjoy a beer or a glass of house red or white wine. In addition, guests can imbibe in a host of new Power Hour selections: Dream Berry, Moscow Mule and the Palm Beacher so guests can ease into the evening with Morton’s tipsy empowerment.

Alongside the all-star bar bites and new Power Hour special drinks, Morton’s also introduces creative cocktails including a fiery Ginger Cat Paw, using pineapple infused Smirnoff Vodka and fresh lime juice, highlighted with hints of ginger and mint; Masalita made with Olmeca Reposado with Cointeau, Fresh Lime Juice, Cucumber, Coriander and a spicy Jalapeno pepper. Another lively addition to the Morton’s menu is the Sake Mojito made with sake, fresh lime, sugar syrup, fresh mint and topped with Club Soda.

Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouse will open Sky Bar on April 22 on the rooftop of the ifc mall so that guests can really take in the views of both the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Shanghai Tower while sipping on cocktails and snacking on the new Power Hour bar bites menu options every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm.

All prices are subject to 10% service charge. Seating in the Bar is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
