Just in time for the Morton’s Sky Bar first ever Spring opening, Morton’s is gearing up the cocktail menu with the introduction of a host of never-before-seen cocktails at Morton’s. The selected drinks menu is made with premium spirits and exclusive to the rooftop bar.
To get into the summer spirit, there’s a selection of classic concoctions that coupled with the rooftop breeze conjure memories of sunny days at the beach: the Mai Tai, Pina Colada and the Bahama Mama all made with Havana Club 7 year. For fans of fruity flavors poured over Absolut, look out for the Sex on the Beach, Mango & Passion Fruit Caipiroska and the Lemon Flower, made with vodka, lemon juice Elderflower Liqueur and Limoncello. For Tequila imbibers there’s Dulce de Romero made with Olmeca Reposado, Lemon juice, mango puree, Agave Syrup and topped with soda; Passion Fruit Olmeca and the Coconut Olmeca. Whiskey drinkers can opt for three heartier Chivas 18 year creations: the Scotch Old Fashioned, Chivas Sour and the Morning Glory Fizz made with egg white, lime juice, simple syrup and a dash of Absinthe.
