Madhya Pradesh (MP) Tourism has been actively promoting the state’s variety attractions like wild life, heritage, riverside activities, cool mountainous regions and other natural attractions since a decade. Regular enhancement of infrastructure in terms of connectivity, tourist amenities and creation of event venues has encouraged the central Indian state’s tourism authority to now focus on attracting international tourists.

MP state capital Bhopal has been and erstwhile royal city, uniquely ruled by queens (begums) of Muslim kingdoms. Several heritage monuments lying on the banks of two big lakes that stretch across most of the city area make it a pleasant destination for heritage walks and boating. Jehan Numa and Noor-Us-Sabah, heritage palace hotels offer guests the old world charm along with their traditional as well as modern cuisine spreads. Sanchi Stupa, ancient Buddhist temple complex spread on vast green covered land is just an hour drive away from Bhopal and is ideal for relaxation and wellness of the mind and soul.  Sanchi, along with Khajuraho monuments known for depiction of erotic art and millennia old rock shelters of Bhimbetka are UNESCO World Heritage Monuments.

Madhya Pradesh is the tiger capital where tourists have very good chances of sighting the king of the jungle in its natural habitat at one of its ten national parks.

A good mix of attractions and indigenous lifestyle of its people makes Madhya Pradesh a unique destination. 125 Indian and 75 international buyers including media representatives from Australia, Canada, USA, UK, Spain, Sri Lanka, Germany, Malaysia and Philippines will experience some of those attractions during the hosted post mart tours.
