U Tropicana Alibaug is pleased to announce appointment of Mr. Tabrez Alam as Food & Beverage Manager of the resort.
Academically qualified with a degree in Hotel Management, Tabrez brings along, diverse experience of over 10 years with in-depth knowledge, experience and training in all aspects of food and beverage operations with a focus on true hospitality. He has been building up his extensive background in Food and Beverage for the past decade and sharpened his skills with various premium hotels brand across the globe including Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
Prior to joining U Tropicana Alibaug, Tabrez was Outlets manager with InterContinental Hotel, Doha and was managing, the award winning FISH MARKET Restaurant and SUNSET BAR.
In his role as Food & Beverage Manager of U Tropicana Alibaug, Tabrez will manage and oversee the culinary operations of the resort and ensure exceptional dining experiences continue to be enjoyed by all guests. His international exposure in the Food and Beverage domain would make the resort be seen as a happening place, where one would come to rejoice, have fun, rejuvenate and unwind.
