“As a family owned company, it’s an honour to be positioned against the highest achievers in the industry,” said Lynne Clarke, managing director of MSC Cruises Australia and New Zealand.

“The nomination really reflects the close and ongoing relationship that we have built with travel agents, wholesalers, suppliers, and airlines,” she said.

“Our growth as the largest privately owned cruise line in the world with excellent modern facilities and strong customer service internationally that has led to this recognition wouldn’t have been possible without the whole MSC Cruises Australia and New Zealand team.

“MSC Cruises would like to thank the industry for this great show of support and we look forward to celebrating the past year’s achievements at the Gala Award Dinner.”

Finalists are judged by the AFTA panel, winners to be announced at the AFTA Gala Dinner in Sydney on July 19, 2014.

Voting closes at 5pm (EST) on Thursday, April 17.
