YOGA SESSIONS

Pilates instruction is also available for beginners (we offer introductory classes for groups or private sessions) through to advanced level at the Ambassador’s state-of-the-art Pilates Studio where our friendly and experienced Pilates instructors can create tailor-made programs for all levels – with modifications for beginners and greater challenges for advanced students.
