Guests will be spoiled for choice with a myriad of appetisers, salads, sashimi, sushi, hand rolls, tempura, main courses and desserts. Diners can start the meal with boiled greens, a variety of relishes, savoury Egg Custard, Mixed Salad with Mini Tomato, Corn, Boiled Shrimp and Salmon with Tartar Sauce. Fans of sashimi can also enjoy unlimited fresh cuts of tuna, salmon, amberjack, surf clam and sweet prawn.

Chefs behind the sushi counter expertly roll a variety of classic and popular flavours, including tuna, salmon, amberjack, flounder, conger eel, egg and surf clam. The sushi menu also includes hand rolls of Crab Meat with Avocado, Prawn Tempura, Spicy Cod Roe with Cucumber, Inari Sushi and Bara Chirashi (a mini bowl of sushi rice covered with chopped raw fish and vegetables).

The lunch buffet menu also goes beyond fresh seafood with popular and hearty main courses from the teppanaki counter. Guests can tuck into Sautéed Chicken, Ginger Pork, Egg Omelette, Vegetable with Mushroom and Corn, Garlic Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice, Whole Squid with Teriyaki Sauce. Both old and young guests can also enjoy French Fries and Fried Chicken. Diners with a sweet tooth can indulge in colourful and exquisite Japanese-style desserts and cakes. Buffet also includes free flow of Asahi draft beer, soft drinks and chilled juices.

Lunch buffet is priced at RMB298 per person. Children aged 6 to 11 years old may dine at RMB100 per person, while five-year-olds and below will not be charged. Children can also enjoy an entertaining and meaningful brunch experience as the chefs personally teach them how to create their own hand rolls. Lunch buffet is available from 11 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
