Tokoriki Island Resort, Fiji’s most awarded adults-only boutique island resort, is proud to release part five of its eleven-part video series that encapsulates the heart and soul of both the destination and the resort.
The latest instalment of Tokoriki’s ‘Heart & Soul’ video series features the resort’s executive house manager, Makatelena Sereima; affectionately known as Ima.
Prior to joining Tokoriki five years ago, Ima was chosen to personally attend to the luxury villa occupied by the prince of Spain (now king) when he visited Fiji, because her grace and high level of service are so well reputed within the industry.
Ima leads her team of 26 dedicated bure and villa attendants with a contagious smile, attention to detail, and the famous warm Fijian hospitality.
According to Ima, the art of outstanding housekeeping lies in the small details. She wholeheartedly believes that something as simple as weaving a touch of nature into housekeeping brings guests closer to the resort’s beautiful natural surroundings and in turn inspires happiness.
