Phil Rosenthal, James Beard Award-winner and the creator of Everybody Loves Raymond, will premiere his new light-hearted docuseries, Somebody Feed Phil on January 12, 2018. The series, which follows the gourmand as he eats his way across the world, will debut with a Tel Aviv episode  that features acclaimed Israeli Chef and Efendi Hotel owner Uri “Buri” Jeremias.

The first six episodes, each featuring a different city, will drop simultaneously on Netflix on January 12, 2018. During the Tel Aviv episode, host Phil Rosenthal visits Israel’s most well regarded fish & seafood restaurant, Uri Buri, where Rosenthal enjoys a meal and conversation with its proprietor, Uri Jeremias.
“I find a new place, see what everybody’s eating, and sometimes miracles happen,” explains Rosenthal in the very fun trailer, which offers us a sneak peek at his world tour.

“I’m always delighted at the opportunity to share Israel’s culinary offerings with a broader audience,” said Uri Buri chef & owner, Uri Jeremias. “I’m honored that Phil & Netflix decided that Uri Buri was among the best representatives of Israeli cuisine. I’m happy to report that Phil left full and very happy.”
