New A La Carte Menu at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel

Bali Paragon Resort Hotel, 4-star hotel with 379 luxury rooms, is pleased to present and launch new a la carte menu, in November at Tablespoon Coffee House.

The launching event held recently and attended by more-less 40 invited guests, including media relatives, bloggers and influencers, the presentation of the menu managed by Chef I Dewa Gede Eko Darma Putra and team. The new menu is a celebration of the diverse flavors of the worldwide cuisine with a menu driven by fresh ingredients to create authentic and fresh flavors. Total we presented eight a la carte menu, which the highlights on the menu are Black Prawn Avocado Cucumber, Red Snapper Grilled Fish (Ikan Bakar Kakap Merah), Asam – Asam Iga Daun Kedondong, Portuguese Soup, Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk, Ayam Goreng Tahu Merah and presented two dishes for dessert which are Melted Chocolate Cake and Trio Indonesian Crispy. Each menu at priced start from 48,000++ per portion (the price is subject to government tax and service charge).

The menu not only present selection of a la carte main course menus, but also appetizer and dessert menus. A selection of beverage; alcohol, including wine, beer, cocktail; and nonalcohol, also provided to make unforgettable moment for your dining experience with us. Launching menu baru ini sendiri diadakan dalam waktu dekat ini dan dihadiri oleh kurang-lebih 40 tamu undangan; terdiri dari media, blogger dan influencer – menu yang menggugah selera yang dipresentasikan oleh Chef I Dewa Gede Eko Darma Putra – ada total delapan menu antara lain Black Prawn Avocado Cucumber, Ikan Bakar Kakap Merah, Asam – Asam
Iga Daun Kedondong, Portuguese Soup, Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk, Ayam Goreng Tahu Merah; serta  dua hidangan lain untuk hidangan penutup seperti Trio Indonesian Crispy dan Melted Chocolate  Cake, serta masih banyak lagi berbagai pilihan menu pembuka (appetizer) dan dessert. Harga mulai   Rp 48,000++ per porsi.

Selain menu makanan juga tersedia menu minuman baik non-alkohol maupun alkohol di Tablespoon Coffee House. Harga-harga di atas belum termasuk biaya layanan sebesar 10% dan  PPN 11%.
