Harbour Grand Kowloon is delighted to announce the appointment of Alberto Boccelli as the new Chef de Cuisine of Harbour Grill with immediate effect.
Alberto is a native Italian where he found his interest in cooking while preparing meals with grandmother in the kitchen since childhood. He completed his apprenticeship and spent the majority of his career in his homeland with additional tenure in Switzerland, Chicago and London. He gained invaluable experiences from cuisine preparation, menu planning to outlets in-charge during his 24 years of work. He first moved to Hong Kong in March 2006, where he held the position of Executive Chef in Tuscany by Harlan and subsequently with the same title at The Hong Kong Golf Club in 2009.
Prior to joining Harbour Grand Kowloon, Alberto worked as a Culinary Development Chef for Chartwells by Compass Group Plc. On his appointment, Director of Food and Beverage, Giovanni Di Russo says, “We are thrilled to welcome Alberto to work with our incredible team of chefs at Harbour Grill. His extensive experience and culinary passion makes him a great fit for the role and we very much look forward to his eclectic menu to further enhance guests’ dining experience.”
