Creative Cruising, Australia’s most respected independent cruise wholesaler, is delighted to launch a new cruise booking platform for travel agents, providing a one stop shop for all air, land and sea bookings.The platform allows agents access to live bookings with leading cruise lines across the globe, wholesale and retail airfares, live hotel availability and exclusive package deals.

According to Peter Forsyth, General Manager of Creative Cruising, “we are very excited to launch our new B2B agent website, which follows best practice design and user journey flows. The platform allows travel agents to seamlessly book dynamic cruise packages and easily access and add on private and public airfares, special one-way cruise fares and pre-and-post cruise accommodation in just a few clicks.”

Creative Cruising’s booking platform is dedicated to helping agents sell cruises and provides them with the tools to select the right cruise for their customers, catering for all budgets.

Agents can search, review and explore over 30,000 sailings from high end all suite 6-star luxury ships and popular ocean liners, to river cruising, boutique and expedition cruises and everything in between.

The booking platform not only aggregates pricing, rich content, video, imagery, interactive deck plans and itineraries, but it also provides a fantastic cruise comparison tool that allows agents to review up to six sailings side by side, detailing maps, day by day itineraries, start and end ports, pricing by cabin categories and bonus offers all in one screen.

This amazing platform came about after the new owners of Creative Cruising pledged to focus on developing technology, business platforms and supplier partnerships in 2018. This led to significant investment in developing and customising the new B2B cruise booking platform with leading cruise booking engine, US-based company Odysseus.

Strong relationships with agency partners have also been integral to the roll out of the new booking platform.

“We have engaged with a number of travel agency partners throughout the BETA testing phase with agents trialling and testing all platform features. We have taken on board their feedback, with many suggestions and ideas now featuring in our technology roadmap” said Caroline Hitchen, Head of Marketing and Sales, Creative Cruising.

This version one platform release is just the beginning with lots of exciting technology plans, including new Travel Agency white label B2B2C websites, coming in 2019,” continues Ms Hitchen.
