New Enrich Loyalty Rewards Take Off At Malaysia Airlines

Malaysia Airlines’ half a million Enrich members in Australia and New Zealand can enjoy more benefits than ever before following a range of enhancements to the airline loyalty programme enabling frequent flyers to go further afield and snap up bonus miles around the world.

Adding to its wide range of Enrich rewards, Malaysia Airlines has teamed up with Asia’s leading hotel booking site,, to offer members the opportunity to save up to 75 per cent on rooms worldwide and earn Enrich miles for each stay. Agoda’s global accommodation coverage is well aligned with Malaysia Airline’s extensive network making it convenient for Enrich members to book hotels in the destinations the airline flies to.

Globetrotters on the move can also drive away with double miles for every AUD$1.32* spent on car hire worldwide following a new agreement with top online booking service Rentalcars which works with major suppliers in over 180 countries.

In addition, Enrich is offering members 10 per cent bonus miles when converting credit card points to Enrich Miles at Westpac Australia until 30 April 2015. Double miles will also be rewarded to customers who purchase a First or Business Class ticket on Malaysia Airlines’ flagship MH3 and MH4 A380 services to London from now up to 15 June 2015.

Malaysia Airlines’ Vice President for Loyalty, Khairul Nisa Ismail, said the initiatives are designed to bring greater options, discounts and privileges to members

“Our goal is to deliver a better class of service and these latest partnerships offer savvy travellers easier ways to earn miles and more rewards,” Ms Ismail said.

“Miles can be redeemed for flights with Malaysia Airlines, oneworld member airlines and Enrich partner airlines to more than 900 destinations around the globe,” she said.

Regional Senior Vice President of Malaysia Airlines, Mr PK Lee, said the new benefits show Malaysia Airlines’ commitment to innovation.

“Enrich is all about rewarding our customers at every stage of their travel journey so they can enjoy unrivalled value around the world, and we will continue to raise the bar with new lifestyle partners and compelling ways to redefine loyalty,” PK Lee said.

Enrich recently welcomed back Temptations Inflight Shopping on board with more than 170 luxury and premium brands up for grabs. To celebrate, Enrich members can further earn double miles for every AUD$1.32* spent inflight between 15 April and 14 May 2015.

Members are required to include their nine digit Enrich number to the crew upon purchasing the items.
