Bali Paragon Resort Hotel, 4-star hotel with 379 luxury rooms, is pleased to announce Harto Wijaya as the newly appointed Executive Chef. In his role, Chef Harto will lead daily food operations in all outlets, menu conceptualization and staff management while implementing new culinary concepts in line with the latest industry trends.
Chef Harto Wijaya has nearly 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently with Four Points by Sheraton Seminyak Bali. Prior to joining Bali Paragon Resort Kuta, Chef Harto was working at Le Grande Suites Pecatu and Ramayana Hotel as in charge for some unit of restaurants with many kind of food specialties.
Delighted to join with team at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel, Chef Harto said that is amazing to always learn about culinary; as Chef Harto said, it is interesting to see the development of culinary industry, because as another industries, culinary is growth not only about creation but art as well. By his experience and passion for Gastronomy and Asian cuisine, start in November he will presents new menu of Tablespoon Coffee House. The new menu is a celebration of the diverse flavors of the worldwide cuisine with a menu driven by fresh ingredients to create authentic and fresh flavors; which the highlights on the menu are Balinese Bebek Goreng, Pasta Tom Yum, Pan
Seared Salmon, Pan Seared Crispy Skin Seabass.
