Save up to US$2400 per couple plus free night stay – Book by September 30, 2019 – on all-inclusive river and sea cruises of the Great Lakes and Atlantic Coast

Under new owners, boutique American cruise company, Victory Cruise Lines, has launched six new itineraries in North America’s Great Lakes – the largest body of fresh water on Earth – and on the Atlantic Coast for 2020. To mark the release of the new-look program, Victory Cruise Lines is offering savings of up to US$2400 per couple for bookings made before September 30, 2019.

Acquired by the American Steamboat Company earlier this year, Victory Cruise Lines has announced that six of its eight cruise itineraries in the Great Lakes, to Niagara Falls and along the scenic St Lawrence Seaway and Atlantic Coast in 2020 will be brand new. Its two 202-passenger ships, twin sisters Victory I and Victory II, will offer 40 all-inclusive sailings of between nine and 14 days between April and October, 2020.

Victory’s six new itineraries for 2020 will be:

* ‘North America’s Coastal Connection’, nine days, Niagara Falls to Chicago

* ‘St Lawrence Seaway Exploration’, 11-days, Halifax to Buffalo

* ‘Masterpieces of the Great Lakes’, nine days, Chicago to Hamilton, Ontario

* ‘Provincial Passage to New England’, 13 days, Niagara Falls to Boston

* ‘Canada’s Southern Coast’, 14 days, Bar Harbor, Maine, to Niagara Falls

* ‘Great Lakes Grand Discovery’, 13 days, Chicago to Montreal

Specialising in small-ship lake, river and coastal cruising, Victory Cruise Lines will also, again, offer an 11-day ‘Splendour of the Great Lakes’ itinerary in 2020 and an 11-day ‘Canadian Crown Jewels’ itinerary from Montreal to Boston.

Together, the eight itineraries showcase sparkling, inland seas, spectacular Niagara Falls, quaint French-Canadian villages, Victorian-era towns rich with seafaring history, remote, wildlife-filled islands, bustling US and Canadian cities and the rugged, lighthouse-speckled coasts and of Nova Scotia and New England.

Included in all Victory Cruise Lines sailings are complimentary, onboard beverages, cocktail hour before dinner, indulgent high teas on sailing days, complimentary shore excursions, free Wi-Fi and a program of lectures by historians and naturalists specialising in the regions visited. The intimate Victory I and Victory II each boast a sun deck, wrap-around promenade deck, dining room serving fine, locally-inspired cuisine, outdoor grill, two lounges and a tavern, while staterooms feature Egyptian cotton bedding and flat screen TVs.

Victory Cruise Lines is offering savings of up to US$1200 per person for bookings on 31 of Victory’s 2020 sailings made by September 30, 2019.

One of the cruises is a 14-day ‘Canada’s Southern Coast’ cruise and stay package from Bar Harbor in Maine, USA, to Niagara Falls aboard Victory II, starting April 24, 2020. The package includes a free, pre-cruise stay in Bar Harbor and a 12-night sea and river cruise to Niagara Falls via Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, the beautiful St Lawrence Seaway and old-world Quebec City. The package is priced from US$4496 per person, twin-share – a saving of US$1200 – if booked by September 30, 2019.  Flights to North America are additional.
