Inspired by Chef Laurent’s favorite Thai seaside holiday destination ‘Krabi’, this delectable cake combines the best flavors of the tropical paradise. It consists of a creamy coconut mousse, a refreshing yet zesty lime jelly, placed on top of a soft coconut sponge base and elegantly glazed with white chocolate. Prices start from THB 110+ for a small-sized Krabi cake, and THB 800+ for a large one pound cake (price is subject to 7% government tax).
The Exotic cake encompasses the best of sweet and acidic flavors from Chef Laurent’s favourite fruits; the tangy passionfruit and the fresh bursts from raspberries. This stunning cake is built upon a fragrant almond sponge biscuit with a delicate passionfruit mousse, gorgeous raspberry puree and a beautifully smooth passion fruit glaze. Prices start from THB 110+ for a small-sized Exotic cake, and THB 600+ for a large cake (price is subject to 7% government tax).
