New look to Friday nights at Elements

July 16, 2013 Lifestyle No Comments Email Email

There’s an exciting new Friday night concept coming soon to Elements. ‘Family & Friends’ dinner, available from 2nd August, is the perfect start to any week-end with a tempting selection of classic menu items posted on blackboards and a ‘free-range’ look to appetisers, desserts and artisan cheeses. Continuous-flow wines from emerging regions add extra value to this new Friday night experience.

Family and Friends“We are transforming Elements every Friday into a casual, market-style bistro offering a fun and relaxed atmosphere. ‘Family and Friends’ is Bangkok’s newest dining concept when we give guests the opportunity to create their own dishes, under the watchful eye of Chef de Cuisine Cyril Cocconi, from carefully selected fresh and seasonal ingredients,” explains Culinary Director Thomas Jakobi.

Sommelier Marc Bittner will present wines from featured new and old world vineyards and will help guests to find a new favourite. “Guests may also choose labels from our new-look wine list that will include for the first time, anywhere in Thailand, red and whites from the Grace Winery in Japan,” says Marc.

Dinner accompanied by continuous selected wines, local beers and soft drinks is priced at Baht 2,500++.

All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
