A balance of relaxing in the tropical paradise and adventure activities are also part of the package, including snorkelling on coral reefs, swimming in crystal-clear lagoons and options for kayaking, cycling and hiking. These excursions will enable guests to experience the exotic French-Creole charm of Mauritius,
Ms Bisset said the retreat, with its mix of adventure, relaxation and learning, would help guests cultivate mindful self-awareness and assist them in “finding their own unique recipe for abundant health, sustainable happiness and authentic wellbeing.”
