New Menu at Celadon The Sukhothai Bangkok

Salad of Spicy Seared Hokkaido Scallops at CeladonOne of the city’s most iconic Thai eateries and recently received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award 2014 by, Celadon restaurant at The Sukhothai Bangkok unveils an exciting new menu oftraditional Thai cuisine. A broad selection of dishes includes appetisers, salads, soups, main courses and desserts.

To promote a healthy and organic lifestyle, Chef Jimmy and his expert team have created a salubrious yet delectable menu that includes;

  • Soup of Assorted Vegetables, Aromatic Herbs, Crab Meat and Prawns
  • Toasted Dried Shrimps, Toasted Coconut, Peanut, Lime,Ginger Wrapped in Chaplu Leaves, Palm Sugar Dipping SauceToasted Dried Shrimps, Lime, Ginger Wrapped in Chaplu Leaves at Celadon
  • Grilled Marinated River Whisker Sheatfish with Fresh Aromatic Herbs in Banana Leaves and Thai Herb Dipping Sauce.

Seafood dishes have also been included in the new menu with choices of fish, crab, scallops and so much more. Seafood lovers can enjoy the following menus;

  • Spicy Crab Meat, Roasted Rice, Fresh Thai Herbs in Crispy Pandan Cone
  • Salad of Spicy Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Lemongrass and Mint Leaves
  • Wok-fried Spicy Flat Rice Noodles with Squid, Hokkaido Scallops, Prawns, Soy Sauce and assorted Thai Vegetables.

Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with mouthwatering desserts, including Salacca in Chilled Syrup, Passion Fruit Sorbet and Golden Tamarind Sorbet.

Celadon is open daily, serving lunch from 12:00 to 15:00, and dinner from 18:30 to 23:00.
