Hamilton’s Steak House, one of the premium steak restaurants in Bangkok, has recently revealed an exciting new menu that’s sure to enliven the taste buds of meat eaters and seafood lovers throughout the city.

12 - New Menu at Hamilton’s Steak HouseWith a prime selection of the best imported beef such as Australian Grass-fed and Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu and French Charolais, the menu offers divine pairings and combinations, prepared to perfection by an expert team of chefs.

As well as exquisite cuts of beef and the freshest seafood available, the new selection of divine offerings also includes a variety of Chef’s Specials including Rack of Kurobuta Pork Spare Ribs doused in Hamilton’s delicious BBQ sauce; Tasmanian Salmon in a red wine butter sauce, truffled mash and asparagus; Creamy Crab Chowder and a Duo of Lamb T-Bone Steaks brushed with Dijon mustard served with a pistachio crust, fries and asparagus.

To complement the launch of Hamilton’s new menu, lunchtime diners can also take pleasure in the steak house’s new Business Set Lunch with a mouth-watering 3-course set for THB 790 or 2-course menu for THB 650.
