Adina Apartment Hotel Auckland, Britomart has opened two beautiful new penthouse apartments where guests can enjoy spectacular views across the harbour and the city from huge balconies with comfortable outdoor settings and open-air fireplaces.

The new rooms, and an additional 12 new premium two-bedroom apartments come nearly one year after TFE Hotels opened the city’s most exciting new hotel at Auckland’s newly developed waterfront and Britomart precinct.

Each new double storey loft-style penthouse apartment has an expansive living space of up to
250 square metres with either two bedrooms or three bedrooms, its own kitchen and laundry and a private balcony overlooking Waitemata Harbour, the Auckland Museum, Vector Arena and city centre.

The hotel now offers 152 stylish and modern hotel apartments that combine the comfort of living as though in your own home but with full hotel services, including 24-hour reception, room service, an on-site bar and restaurant, gym and undercover parking.

CEO of TFE Hotels, Rachel Argaman said, “These beautiful new penthouse hotel apartments add a spectacular addition to the waterfront, ideal for those seeking a city getaway or to take in a show at the Vector Arena. The apartments have ample space for families or corporates to enjoy a longer stay, with access to everything that Auckland has to offer.”

She said the hotel had enjoyed a very healthy first year, given its premium location and its new comfortable and spacious offering, and has enjoyed strong occupancies and rates. “These apartments add a new and much-sought after level of premium accommodation that will be snapped up just as quickly by visiting travellers,” Ms Argaman said.

Typical of all Adina Apartment Hotels, spacious and contemporary living and working spaces encourage guests to “live like a local”, making it a perfect base to explore the city’s star attractions — the sparkling Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter and Britomart.

Yard Bar & Eatery opened earlier this year – an urban café by day and a city bar and bistro by night with a strong coffee culture and commitment to quality produce. Just a short stroll from the city’s waterfront, it is perfect for a pre or post-concert drink and meal, as it is less than 200 metres from Auckland’s 12,000-seat sports and events stadium, Vector Arena, which has hosted some of NZ’s biggest celebrity visitors, including Taylor Swift and Robbie Williams.

“Our commitment to great locations, comfortable apartment living and facilities that are functional yet complement our guests’ lifestyles, supports our excellent reputation worldwide and continues to deliver on our philosophy of apartment space, hotel service and Adina Apartment Hotel style,” Ms Argaman said.
