New Pop-Up Sushi Venues Added to Four Carnival Cruise Line Ships

April 20, 2017 Cruise No Comments Email Email

Following the success of Bonsai Sushi restaurants on several ships, Carnival Cruise Line has rolled out new pop-up sushi venues on four ships – Carnival Conquest, Carnival Valor, Carnival Liberty and Carnival Glory.

The stand-alone eateries are located on Lido Deck and offer variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls on an a la carte basis.  Diners place their order at the counter, given a pager, and then paged when their food is ready.

Sushi and sashimi, including Ebi (shrimp), Sake (salmon), Maguro (tuna) and Hamachi (amberjack), are available for $1.50 per piece.  California Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls are offered at $5 per roll, with Bang Bang Bonsai Roll and Tempura Roll available at $7.50 each.

Complimentary sushi is also available at the Taste Bar appetizer venue and the Lido Restaurants on select nights and for a fee in the Bonsai Sushi full-service restaurants on Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Legend, Carnival Pride, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Vista.
