The first Conrad Hotel & Resort property in Washington, DC is now welcoming guests to make bookings for 2019 travel.  The hotel is designed to bring Washington hospitality into a new era of modern luxury with its unique architecture, sleek interior design, inspired art collection and culinary offerings led by world-renowned chefs.    Conrad Washington, DC features a sleek all-glass exterior that wraps around its 10 floors, 360 rooms and 30,000 square feet of high-end retail space below the hotel on the ground floor.

The hotel also features a contemporary art collection, three outdoor terraces, a rooftop bar and dedicated event terrace featuring panoramic views of the U.S. Capitol.   Rounding out the hotel’s distinct offerings is a new program called the Sakura Club an exclusive amenity located on the 10th floor of the hotel that is accessible with the purchase of club level guestrooms and suites. Deriving its name from the Japanese word for cherry blossom, the Sakura Club features an aesthetic influenced by the signature trees given to Washington, DC by Japan in 1912.

Hilton Washington, DC National Mall will welcome visitors to the nation’s capital beginning 1 April 2019.  The property will feature 50 executive guest rooms, an ambassador suite, and one presidential suite.  Guests staying in executive or suite rooms will enjoy the comforts of plush bath robes and slippers, and access to the executive lounge which will offer concierge services as well as complimentary continental breakfast.

Rooms boast views overlooking the city’s distinguished skyline, the Capitol dome, Smithsonian Castle, Washington National Cathedral and Washington Monument, and the Potomac River stretching from south to west. Situated above the L’Enfant Plaza Metro station, Hilton Washington DC National Mall grants guests direct access to metropolitan Washington, D.C. year-round. This positioning places them squarely among iconic locations including the ‘District Wharf’ and its alluring restaurants and shops, the renowned Smithsonian museums, modern sports arenas, and the forthcoming new International Spy Museum all less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Georgetown’s Iconic Luxury Hotel, the Rosewood has undergone a renovation to introduce six neighbouring townhouses to the hotel’s inventory, offering visitors an exclusive, residential experience, as well as a new restaurant, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, and refreshed public areas.  The reimagined property is now taking bookings for travel as early as June 2019, just in time for the peak summer travel period.

Each townhouse will offer approximately 1,000 square feet of living space, including luxurious bathrooms and well-appointed kitchens, making them ideal retreats for guests seeking extended stays.  Ideally situated steps from Georgetown’s best restaurants and shopping, and just one block from the parks along the Potomac River, the historic townhouses will offer unparalleled access to one of the capital’s most coveted and historic communities in a uniquely residential setting.
