DSC_4683_reGourmandises tasteful Thai and European pâtisserie at Swissôtel Nai Lert Park, Bangkok Hotel, eases you into the rainy season in May with a specially created sandwich, salad and cake to snack on.

The sandwich is Dill Salmon Focaccia. Succulent salmon marinated with fresh dill is generously sliced and arranged on authentic Italian focaccia bread baked on the spot. Add crisp salad leaves and drizzle with tangy butter-lemon dressing for a very special taste sensation.

The Salad is Avocado & Red Tuna. Ripe, yielding avocado tossed with salad leaves forms a nest into which raw tuna chunks marinated in extra virgine olive oil are laid. Sprinkle with subtly seasoned lemon dressing and savor.


The Cake is Milk Chocolate Mango Mousse. Fine, smooth milk chocolate is alternately layered with fresh sweet mango jelly and crunchy vanilla sable cookies fresh from the oven. And it tastes as great as it sounds.
