Notable for his years of experience as the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in multiple Nobu locations worldwide such as Beijing, Las Vegas, and Malibu, Chef Karu Wedhas is the culinary genius behind the menu.
“We wanted to give this classic meal a modern makeover,” says Chef Karu. “We also wanted to keep things simple. On the menu, you will find fresh ingredients that complement the salmon, tuna, and other fish.”
Patrons can also use their imagination to create their own masterpiece with Tail & Fin’s option to create your own sushi burrito or poke bowl. Tail & Fin owners Jeff Tomastik, Bruce Doll and Eric Noe envisioned Tail & Fin to set itself apart by offering fast-casual food without compromising the integrity of quality ingredients.
“I come from an industry where you want the absolute best in a short amount of time. If you’re looking for a healthy everyday option, a nutritious post-workout meal or a classy place to have lunch with your co-workers, you can do that at Tail & Fin,” says Tomastik.
Tail & Fin wants to create a dining experience incomparable to its surrounding competition. The restaurant will be located at 9845 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite B and will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
