Nine Marriott International properties in Hong Kong launch HKSEVENS menu Fueling rugby fever for city’s most anticipated international sports event

As the official sponsor of HKSEVENS Rugby Week (3 to 9 April), the most anticipated premier sporting event of its kind in the world, Marriott International is bringing premium experiences to loyalty members and guests – not only at the stadium but also across Hong Kong. From 20 March to 9 April, all nine properties under Marriott International’s new portfolio of brands will each offer a unique, tailor-designed HKSEVENS Menu of scrumptious treats. The city-wide culinary extravaganza is set to fuel rugby fever ahead of and throughout HKSEVENS Rugby Week, adding dining excitement to action on the pitch.

Each of the nine properties under Marriott International will offer a unique HKSEVENS Menu. Guests can visit The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong to enjoy Wagyu Beef Burger, grilled and served with truffle fries, while enjoying magnificient views of Victoria Harbour at Ozone, the highest bar in the world. At JW Marriott Hong Kong, guests can relax in one of Fish Bar and Pool Lounge’s cabanas and savor Seven Oysters from Cancale, the oyster capital of Brittany, France. Burger buddies would want to visit Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong’s Mirage Bar & Restaurant together for a chance to try Raging Bull Burger, made with 800g prime beef and paired with seven different beers. They can even sit at the impressive 25-foot high island bar. Those who like variety might consider HKSEVENS Tapas Platter, a collection of Spanishdelights with an Asian twist, available at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Tower’s Lobby Lounge. Sports fans who do not want to miss any action on the pitch should consider Slow Cook Beef Short Rib Burger at Hong Kong Skycity Marriott Hotel’s Velocity Bar & Grill, which features multiple screens for catching live action. Guests visiting Le Méridien Cyberport’s PSI Bar for sweeping views of the South China Sea can tryMagnificient Seven, a selection of seven classic cocktails. And Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin will present the perfect snacks during HKSEVENS Rugby week with its HKSEVENS Hot Dog Menu, featuring hotdogs themed on five rugby countries/ territories. Many more limited-time menu items will be available at these properties as well as W Hong Kong and Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong.

From 3 to  9 April, guests can enjoy the unique opportunity to savor, at a single location, signature cuisines from six properties under Marriott’s new portfolio of brands in Hong Kong, including The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, Hong Kong Skycity Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong and Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin.
