Luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent welcomes the news that from 1 April 2017 Australian passport holders no longer require a tourist visa for Uzbekistan. The country’s newly elected President has issued a decree to stimulate tourism in the country announcing that the citizens of 15 countries, including Australia, are now exempt from visa obligations for tourism purposes.
Uzbekistan is one of A&K’s newest destinations and has seen rapid growth since its introduction to the portfolio in 2015.
