The Star’s signature restaurants are celebrating Crayfish Month throughout November with specially curated crayfish menus. The chefs at BLACK Bar & Grill, Balla and Sokyo have created delightful dishes to bring out the sweet, summer flavours of this delicious seafood delicacy.

BLACK Bar & Grill

Enjoy culinary bliss at BLACK Bar & Grill and indulge in this sweet, succulent king of the sea. Choose from wood grilled Moreton Bay bugs, butter poached maron or a fresh crayfish salad.
