For one Sunday only, Michelin-starred guest chef Xavier Isabel will be helming a bespoke NUO Sunday Brunch takeover with a unique taste of France, presenting the finest Bayonne ham, imported oysters and foie gras in a range of delectable dishes.

Born and raised in the Bayonne region of southwest France, Chef Xaviar Isabal has created his modern take on the local Basque cooking style, and his family restaurant has been awarded stars by Michelin for an incredible 47 years running!

Chef Isabal will be presenting some of his region’s finest ingredients at this exclusive Sunday Brunch in N’Joy All-Day Dining on November 12th 2017, including the famous Bayonne ham which derives from “Cochon du Sud Ouest” (pigs from the southwest of France). The delectable ham is made with 100% natural Salies-de-Bearn salt taken from natural mountain springs in the region.

Along with Chef Isabel’s delicacies, N’Joy will be presenting its own master class of gourmet global tastes that redefine the hotel buffet concept. Try fresh imported lobster and scampi on ice, live-cooked New Zealand mussels en cocotte, freshly-shucked Fine de Claire oysters, pan-seared Louie foie gras, fine European cheeses, and new for 2017, superior oscietra, the ‘King of Caviars’. Not to mention a whole fresh tuna on the sashimi station every Sunday, and unlimited pours of four kinds of premium champagne.
