Oaks Hotels & Resorts launches digital transformation with new website

Leading accommodation provider Oaks Hotels & Resorts, a division of Minor Hotels, has this week unveiled an exciting digital transformation that has seen the launch of its newly redesigned website,

The significant digital project focused on enhancing the site’s overall functionality and creating a new intuitive design by integrating its core digital and marketing systems, ultimately offering guests with an enriched booking experience.


Reservations will be made easier than ever, with a mobile responsive and state-of-the-art booking engine that will conveniently pin to the top of the page and scroll with the user to ensure bookings can be made effortlessly from anywhere on the site.

Educational and inspiring content is meanwhile at the heart of the new platform, with abundant travel inspiration available at a touch or click. A dedicated new blog has also been created that is bursting with insider guides, local knowledge, and suggested activities and not-to-be-missed experiences to help shape guests’ itineraries.

Whether travellers are seeking out the Hunter Valley’s top drops, the Sunshine Coast’s most popular, family-friendly beaches, where to find Melbourne’s best cup of coffee, or how to navigate Brisbane’s eclectic dining and nightlife scene, the new-look will provide infinite destination-based content and handy ‘what’s around’ maps to assist in planning the perfect trip.

With 54 properties spanning Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and soon to be India, Oaks Hotels & Resorts’ improved website layout will also benefit users when choosing the property best suited to their type of stay.
