Leading accommodation provider Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites is delighted to announce it has taken out a string of awards over the past week: two properties were named in Spice News’ annual Hot 100 list, while 30 hotels and resorts were recognised amongst TripAdvisor’s 2019 Certificate of Excellence honourees.
Announced by leading events industry publication Spice News on Thursday, the Hot 100 Awards serve to acknowledge Australia and New Zealand’s best hotels, resorts and venues, as voted on by its readers. And two of Oaks’ Australian properties are celebrating after making the coveted list.
Offering contemporary apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, Oaks Charlotte Towers earned itself a spot in Spice News’ Best Serviced Apartment Hotel category. It features a combination of one and two bedroom self-contained apartments, plus a range of outstanding leisure facilities.
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in New South Wales’ picturesque Hunter Valley meanwhile took out Best Golf Hotel, reinforcing the property’s commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience, following on from significant guest room refurbishments and golf course upgrades over recent years.
Sister property AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel was also awarded Best MICE Hotel in the Asia Pacific Region (outside Australia and New Zealand).
Rounding out the week, 30 – more than half – of Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites’ property portfolio spanning Australia and New Zealand were honoured with TripAdvisor’s 2019 Certificate of Excellence Award.
These awards recognise select accommodation, tour operators and restaurant providers that meet elite standards in hospitality, and consistently demonstrate a commitment to their guests’ experiences. Only businesses that uphold at least four out of five stars and receive a minimum number of reviews qualify for the accolade.
