Oaks Hotels & Resorts unveils new-look Melbourne conferencing spaces

Leading accommodation and conferencing provider Oaks Hotels & Resorts has completed its comprehensive Melbourne conferencing revamp, today unveiling stylish, new-look spaces and facilities at two premier CBD properties Oaks on Collins and Oaks on Market.

Both properties received notable restorations and upgrades to their myriad conferencing, meeting and events venues, including new paintwork, carpets, soft furnishings and state of the art technological appliances.

Catering up to 200 delegates, Oaks on Collins’ seven superior conferencing rooms were a priority during the restoration program, now offering the choice of 15 different venue configurations to suit events both large and small; from training seminars to board meetings, strategic planning sessions, sales and marketing presentations and team building workshops.

Oaks on Market’s three function spaces also underwent transformations, boasting stylish and spacious interiors and accommodating up to 220 guests in a variety of styles including theatre, classroom, boardroom, cocktail, banquet and u-shape.

The anticipated re-launch comes just weeks after Oaks Hotels & Resorts announced plans to open its fifth Melbourne property Oaks Pinnacle, located in South Yarra, strengthening its offering in the city’s accommodation market.

General Manager of Sales for Oaks Hotels & Resorts Daniel Csortan said the refreshed conferencing spaces paired with Oaks’ extensive accommodation offering will be a major draw card for delegates looking to combine business with a touch of leisure.

“We offer deluxe onsite and nearby accommodation, a supremely central and sought after location, a multitude of quality leisure facilities, including a gymnasium, sauna, pool, restaurant and bar, and the capacity to host hundreds of delegates looking to mix work and play in Melbourne.”

To celebrate the re-launch of Oaks Hotels & Resorts’ new-look Melbourne conferencing spaces, Oaks is offering new day delegate packages from $37.50 per person, including premium bottled water, complimentary wi-fi and Oaks branded stationery.
