Oakwood Worldwide®, wholly owned by Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree”), was recently accorded three awards at the HRM Asia Readers’Choice Awards 2018:
• Best Serviced Apartment Property (Southeast Asia): Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sri Racha

• Best Corporate – MICE Venue: Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sri Racha

The Readers’ Choice Dinner & Awards Ceremony was held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Capella Singapore and celebrates the best of HR service providers. Awardees are determined by votes, with 70 percent submitted by HRM Magazine Asia readers and 30 percent by a panel of independent expert judges.

The first Oakwood serviced residence outside of Bangkok, Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sri Racha
made its debut in December 2017 with 458 elegant hotel rooms and serviced apartments. Offering
panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam, the property caters to relocating executives with families as well
as leisure travelers. Guests can expect a full suite of facilities and services including a pool, onsen,
golf practice room, library, food & beverage outlets, 24-hour guest relations and security, as well as
daily housekeeping. Additionally, this property includes meetings and events spaces spanning two
floors, which can accommodate a range of 30 to 700 persons depending on the set-up and event

Singapore – 19 years after Oakwood established its presence in Asia Pacific. Offering 98 eclectic
serviced apartments in a curated setting, Oakwood Studios Singapore offers guests a unique
experience in Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping district. A unique retail program is also available
via Oakwood Studios Singapore’s app, which allows guests to purchase art pieces from Lumas
Gallery that are found within the property, Skin Inc’s homegrown skincare products, Nespresso
capsules, Monogram’s unique tea blends – and even rent a Steinway piano during one’s stay.
