Oceania Cruises unveils new itineraries for 2017-18 – early bird offers on sale now

Leader in upper-premium cruising, Oceania Cruises has launched new itineraries and special early bird offers for its April 2017 to June 2018 season, with an incredible 109 unique new itineraries across 173 sailings – as well as 41 extended journeys. On sale from 7 April 2016, the new season sailings will be eligible for the bonus 5% commission* for trade partners and travel agents for bookings made and deposited during April 2016.

“The hallmark of Oceania Cruises is our immersive, destination-rich, culinary inspired journeys. The new itineraries offer Australian cruise lovers a diverse mix of popular local and international ports and emerging destinations, with highlights including Sirena sailing eight local itineraries from November 2017 to March 2018,” said Steve Odell, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Asia Pacific.

“We are incredibly excited to introduce seven new ports of call within our new itineraries, including Bastia in Corsica, Husavik in Iceland, Nantes and Villefranche in France, Rijeka in Croatia, Sept-Iles in Quebec and Charlotte Amalie in St Thomas, and we are celebrating the launch with two fabulous early bird offers,” added Lisa Pile, Vice President of Sales for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises Australia and New Zealand.

Guests booking before the end of September 2016 will receive the choice of:

  1. Oceania’s OLife Choice special offer: guests select either free shore excursions, a free beverage package, free shipboard credit or free unlimited internet access; or
  2. Complimentary Pre or Post-Cruise Land Tour: available for cruises to African and Asian destinations.

The soon to launch, highly anticipated Sirena (undertaking her inaugural cruise on 27 April 2016), will arrive in the Australia/New Zealandregion in November 2017 on her new 18-day Los Angeles to Papeete itinerary. Her local season will include a series of 10 to 12 day Papeete to Papeete sailings, a 16-day Supreme South Pacific journey from Papeete to Auckland (departs 3 January 2018), a 14-day Auckland to Sydney Tasman Marvels voyage (departs 20 January 2018), and 18-day Dazzling Seas Sydney to Papeete sojourn (departs 3 February 2018), before concluding her time in local waters with a 18-day Pearls of the Pacific cruise from Papeete to Los Angeles via Hawaii (departs 12 March 2018).

Additional new itinerary highlights include: 

Insignia’s epic Around the World in 180 Days voyage, setting off from Miami on 3 January 2018, exploring the four corners of the globe.Bookings for this voyage are also available in eight key segments, with diverse destinations including the Caribbean, Brazil, Africa and the jewels of the Indian Ocean, treasures of Asia, cities of Australia and New Zealand, tropical delights of the South Pacific, Hawaiian Islands and the Panama Canal.

Nautica will call northern Europe home for most of the European summer visiting ports including Greenland, Iceland, Stockholm and a two-night stop in St Petersburg, before spending 6 months sailing Asia, with highlights including her 30-day Marvels of Time cruise from Dubai to Cape Town, month-long Indian Ocean Jubilee voyage from Cape Town to Singapore, and a series of 15-day Singapore to Hong Kong, Hong Kong to Bangkok, Bangkok to Shanghai sailings.

Riviera and Marina will undertake a blend of magical Mediterranean and Nordic northern European sailings, incorporating the fjords and the Rivieras of France and Italy.

Sensational new South American itineraries include Regatta’s 21-day Southern Sojourn into the Amazon, three-week Pristine Patagoniacruise around the southernmost tip of the continent and 35-day Celebrate the Americas voyage, calling on sunny Pacific Riviera and Caribbean ports before sailing the Amazon River and the beautiful Brazilian coastline.
