They have performed on many international levels with a style that was inspired by a combination of local Shandong’s culture and international standard performance to create a show of double climbing acrobatic skills or the use of more than 2 Chinese Poles where the performers have to use strength, harmony and sophistication, which has become one of Jining’s unique characteristic and was impressed by the audiences from many countries.
The first ever performance of auspicious lion dance with as many as 63 lions performing (number of lions is based on the year of the Buddhist era plus one indicating progression) is divided into 10 lucky colors representing all 5 elements namely; water (blue, navy blue, black), wood (green), fire (red, pink, purple) earth (orange) and gold (golden-yellow, silver-white). In addition, there is also a 50-meter long LED dragon performance to show off unity, strength and acrobatic skills of more than 300 performers which is guarantee to be the number one in Thailand by 5 times winning of the royal cup as well as other awards from both local and international competitions including in China and Singapore. There is a belief that if the Chinese auspicious animals both lion and dragon attended the celebration at a festival, they would create supernatural power, prosperity, protection to that place as well as creating good fortune, prosperity, wealth and happiness to the audiences and everyone in their family. The lion dance on Mei flower pole is considered an extremely popular show in Asian countries like China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong as well as Thailand.
Get ready to enjoy a special surprise, only in the opening ceremony on 1 February 2019 with 2 superstars, ‘Weir – Sakollawat Kanarot’ and ‘Bella-Ranee Campen’ who will be performing in the China’s legend of red threads of fate together for the first time. It is a story about a long-lasting love, integrity and wishes of young lovers and their adventures. ‘Weir’ will be representing the dragon – the symbol of power, emperor and prestige, while his real-life sweetheart ‘Bella’ will be in the role of the swan goddess – the symbol of beauty, empress and new beginning. During this performance, the actor and actress will be wearing ancient Chinese costume and to reflect the wealth and glorious of the new year.
