Guests can design bespoke flower bouquets and craft their own terrarium, a perfect gift to get loved ones during Christmas and festive holidays. Pre-made bouquets and set flowers can also be purchased to take home, with delivery service available on request.
After your floral jam session, enjoy variety kind of delicious lunch, tea, lush desserts and complete selection of S’more items as well as S’more Buffet Bar, the latter open in time for the festive holiday season.
Satisfy your sweet tooth at Café Bauhinia’s S’more Buffet Bar, where for HK$198/ person (starts with at least 2 persons) you can createunlimited amount of delicious, oozy treats over a bonfire. The selection comes with graham cracker, gourmet chocolate and marshmallow, all D.I.Y.
For a leisurely lunch at Café Bauhinia, enjoy an energizing appetizer of Green Salad with Spinach Quiche or Slow-Cooked Chicken Sandwich, Slow-Cooked Chicken Breast Salad with Truffle Pate Sauce and Croissant, or Quinoa Salad with Sweet Purple Potato, followed by a cup of tea or coffee for HK$68 – $128 to fit your mood of the day.
The afternoon tea set, served from 2pm-5pm, is a tasty bargain at HK$368 for two. The set includes S’more Toast, Slow-Cooked Chicken Sandwich, 24 months Spanish Ham, Vegetable Tarts, Mozzarella Cheese with Cherry Tomatoes, Mini Croissants, S’more Tart & Cupcakes and Dessert of the Day. Signature drinks include wild edible floral tea with honey, and the almost famous photogenic Blue Vanilla Butterfly Pea Milkshake. This tiffany blue hued drink is made of herbal tea, butterfly pea flower and milk. Not only is it delicious but also healthy: the ingredients improve eyesight, nourish skin and boost immunity, perfect for the upcoming winter months.
“I’ve been a florist for the last decade, and I’ve always dreamed of opening a café that also allows customers to create their own customized bouquets and terrariums, while enjoying snacks and light food afterwards. It’s the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon,” says Ann, owner of Café Bauhinia.
